Getting Started

BlockFit is a fitness class booking app for Brighton & Hove. We connect you with local studios so you can discover and book classes — from yoga and pilates to HIIT and boxing — all in one place. No contracts, no commitments. Just find a class, book it, and go.

Browse classes on the map or search by activity, time, or studio. When you find one you like, tap Book and confirm. You'll receive a booking confirmation straight away. Just show up at the studio and check in.

Yes. Downloading the app and creating an account is completely free. You only pay when you book a class or top up your balance.

Your Balance

Go to your profile and tap Top Up. You can add funds using any debit or credit card. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

No. Once funds are added to your balance, they can't be withdrawn as cash. However, your balance can be used to book any class on BlockFit or put towards a studio subscription plan.

No. Your balance stays in your account until you spend it. There's no expiry date.

The full amount is refunded to your BlockFit balance automatically. You'll receive a notification when this happens.

Booking & Cancellations

Go to your upcoming bookings, tap the class you want to cancel, and select Cancel Booking. For ad-hoc (pay-as-you-go) bookings, you can cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made within 12 hours are not eligible for a refund. For classes booked using a subscription or credit plan, the cancellation window is set by the studio and may differ from the standard 12-hour policy. You can check the cancellation terms for your plan in your membership area.

If you don't attend a booked class without cancelling, you won't receive a refund. Please cancel in advance if your plans change so the spot can be offered to someone else.

Yes, as long as the class still has availability. Your refund is returned to your balance instantly, so you can rebook straight away.

Studio Plans & Subscriptions

Some studios on BlockFit offer subscription plans — like unlimited monthly classes or a set number of credits per month. These are managed directly through the app and billed monthly.

A credit-based plan gives you a fixed number of class credits per month (for example, 8 credits). Each class costs one credit. An unlimited plan lets you attend as many classes as that studio offers during your billing period, with no cap.

Yes. You can apply your existing balance towards your first subscription payment.

Go to your profile, tap your active subscription, and select Cancel. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. There's no cancellation fee.

Payments & Security

All payments go through Stripe, a leading global payments provider. BlockFit never sees or stores your card details.

All major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.

Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen and follow the instructions sent to your email.

Contact us at support@blockfit.co.uk and we'll process your request. Please note that any remaining balance is non-refundable upon account deletion.
